Job Overview
The Director, AI Product Manager – Low Code is responsible for building and scaling AI products in approved low-code environments that enable business and functional teams to solve well-defined problems, improve workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role identifies high-value opportunities, leads discovery and validation, and translates business needs into configurable AI agents, insights, automations, and workflows that can be adopted and managed by business teams with appropriate governance and support.
This role centers on business problem discovery, product strategy, value framing, and adoption. The Director works closely with business and functional teams to understand their goals and workflows, test assumptions, and shape low-code AI products that are practical, intuitive, and valuable. Digital Product teams may consume these products within broader offerings and remain accountable for the delivery and lifecycle of capabilities embedded in their products and portfolios.
Working across EJ Labs, Product Management, Experience, Data, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Cybersecurity, and Compliance, the Director ensures low-code AI products use approved enterprise services and meet applicable standards. The role consumes foundational AI platform capabilities rather than owning their development and does not lead custom model development, pro-code AI applications, or the underlying infrastructure and engineering services.
Role Scope
Low-code AI products include configurable agents, workflows, copilots, automations, AI-assisted insights, and reusable solution patterns developed primarily through approved low-code tools. These products may integrate with enterprise data, APIs, and platform services, while ownership of the underlying platform, custom integrations, pro-code components, models, and technical operations remains with the appropriate platform, engineering, and data teams.
What You’ll Do
• Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for low-code AI products that address priority business and functional needs.
• Partner with business teams to identify valuable use cases, understand workflows, validate assumptions, and define measurable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements for configurable low-code AI agents, insights, automations, and workflows.
• Lead the discovery, design, testing, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of low-code AI products.
• Create reusable low-code solution patterns and product components when multiple business teams share similar needs.
• Prioritize the low-code AI product portfolio based on business value, user need, feasibility, risk, reuse potential, and organizational readiness.
• Define and track success measures covering business impact, user adoption, workflow improvement, product quality, and responsible use.
• Ensure products are intuitive and practical for business users, with appropriate human oversight, escalation paths, and operational guidance.
• Develop adoption and enablement approaches that help business teams incorporate low-code AI products into their work.
• Partner with AI Platform, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance teams to integrate approved enterprise capabilities and meet applicable standards.
• Establish clear boundaries between solutions appropriate for low-code delivery and use cases that require pro-code engineering, custom integrations, or custom model development.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, coordinate refinements, and work with technical owners to resolve platform, integration, data, or model dependencies.
• Communicate product priorities, decisions, progress, risks, outcomes, and dependencies to business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead and develop product leaders responsible for low-code AI product areas, reinforcing disciplined discovery, outcome ownership, responsible AI practices, and clear decision rights.
• Align product leaders and delivery partners around shared priorities, capacity, dependencies, and outcomes across the low-code AI product portfolio.
Accountability Boundaries
• The Director owns the strategy, prioritization, user experience, adoption, business performance, and lifecycle of low-code AI products.
• Business and functional teams remain accountable for the business processes, decisions, and outcomes enabled by those products.
• AI Platform, Engineering, Data, and other technical teams remain accountable for foundational services, custom integrations, pro-code components, models, infrastructure, and technical operations.
Hiring Minimum: $172800
Hiring Maximum: $294100
Skills/Requirements
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product management, business, technology, design, engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of product management experience, including product discovery, validation, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Experience building digital products, workflow solutions, automations, or AI-enabled products in low-code environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business processes and user needs into configurable product solutions.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, knowledge grounding, integrations, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Experience defining and using business, adoption, quality, and operational measures to guide product decisions.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data protection, risk management, regulatory expectations, and governance in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to work effectively across business, product, experience, data, engineering, architecture, risk, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
• Experience supporting product adoption and helping business teams change established ways of working.
• Ability to communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
• Master’s degree in artificial intelligence, product management, business, technology, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise low-code AI, agent, workflow, and automation environments.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with reusable agent, workflow, prompt, knowledge, connector, and solution patterns.
• Experience establishing governance and lifecycle practices for business-facing low-code solutions.
• Understanding of when a use case is appropriate for low-code delivery versus pro-code engineering, custom integration, or custom model development.
• Experience leading and developing product managers or multidisciplinary product teams.

When it comes to your
compensation,
we want to be clear.
#1 Your performance drives your compensation – and we won’t limit it with earning caps. Not now, not ever.
#2 Our compensation is competitive and multi-faceted. Commissions and trimester bonuses – based on individual branch and firm profitability – make up the bulk of your variable income. But your total payout may include travel awards and profit sharing. And the opportunity to be rewarded for transitioning client relationships to financial advisors looking to grow.
#3 Our compensation is simple and transparent. We make it easy to understand how you are rewarded and strive to minimize grid changes. You know exactly what to expect and how to impact your results.
Our partnership structure frees you to focus on your clients.
Being a partnership makes us distinctly different from our competitors. More than a structure, it’s a mindset. And it permeates every aspect of our business. From how we work with each other – think collaboration not competition – to our long-term investment philosophy. It’s most at work in our shared focus on doing what’s right for the client. And it’s easy for us to do. Because we have no competing interests. No shareholders clamoring for short-term profits. We can take the long view, because we only answer to our clients. And to ourselves. Our financial advisors find this single-minded focus freeing. A clear mandate for success. And a clear path to get there.

Transitioning your
practice is a difficult
decision.
We’re here to help.
