Business Resource Groups

We have a dozen Business Resource Groups (BRGs) that foster connections, learning and innovation – while deepening a sense of community. Our current BRGs are unrestricted, voluntary and open to all associates firmwide. They include Asian & Pacific Islander, Black/African American, Caregivers, Disability, Green, Interfaith, Latinx/Hispanic, LGBTQ+ & Allies, Military-Veteran, Remote Connections, Women’s and Young Professionals. Whether you’re in one of our branches or in our home office, you can find a BRG to call home.

PRISM Conference

Each year, we bring together hundreds of colleagues across different roles for a recognition and development conference. Attendees strengthen the skills, knowledge and empathy that enable us to serve clients more completely and create a place of belonging for all.

Mosaic Series

The Mosaic Series is a portfolio of learning opportunities, programs and immersive experiences offered throughout the year to strengthen our sense of connection, culture and community so we can better serve our clients and each other. Programming includes: presentations featuring guest speakers and panels, facilitator-led discussion groups on both timely topics and ongoing challenges such as mental health, as well as on-demand videos in which colleagues share lessons learned from their compelling personal experiences.

Professional Development

We believe learning is a personal journey and we learn best when we learn with purpose. Ed, our professional development platform, empowers our associates to explore learning and development opportunities based on their unique interests. Ed features personalized learning recommendations from internal and external subject matter experts including trusted names like Harvard and Udemy.
